Legislation

Several sources verify that sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex is illegal in Djibouti.

The relevant articles of the Penal Code of 1995 are articles 347-352 criminalizing "impudent acts" (un acte impudique) under the crimes section of "L'attentat à la pudeur". [R1.1].
