Section 408. Criminal Sodomy Defined and Penalized

( b ) Any person who participates in an act of sodomy with another person who is under eighteen (18) years of age shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years.

Section 410. Criminal Oral Copulation Defined and Penalized

(b) Any person who participates in an act of oral copulation with another person who is under eighteen (18) years of age shall be punished by iniprisonnieiit for not more than five (5) years.
